Terms of Service

• Make sure your concept fits into one of these categories:

• What i draw:

• Furries/fursonas (SFW & NSFW);

• Original Characters (SFW & NSFW);

• What i dont draw:

• Characters that are or appear underage;

• Realistic styles;

• Feral characters;

• Gore, violent acts, offensive symbolism;

• Anything that would make me feel unconfortable;

• Things that are beyond my skill level.

• The commission creation process is divided into two stages:

• Sketch:

• During the drafting process, you will be able to review the process and request any necessary changes on the artwork.

• After the sketch has been reviewed and all changes have been made, once you approve, I will continue the artwork to the completion stage.

• Completion:

• From now on, I will continue the artwork until it is almost finished. You will do the final revision before completion, you are allowed to request up to 3 minor changes.

• If any changes are needed to the final artwork after the sketch revision or more than 3 changes on the final revision, an additional fee will apply.

• After the artwork is completed, you will receive both the clean and watermarked versions via email, in PNG and JPEG formats. If you require a different format, please request it beforehand.

• Payment and Refund policies

• Payment:

• Payment must be in money, nothing else.

• Payment can be made via Wise (preferably) or PayPal after receiving a invoice.

• If you live in Brazil, you can paymen can be done via pix.

• At least 50% of the total amount must be paid before I can begin the artwork. I will start the commissions as soon as the payment is received.

• After the sketching phase is complete, the remaining value must be paid so that I can complete the artwork.

• Refund:

• If for any reason you need to request a refund, during the sketching phase, partial payments will receive a 50% refund, while full payments will receive a 75% refund. After the sketch is done, Refunds cannot be requested.

• If I am unable to complete the commissions for any reason, you will receive a 50% refund on partial payment, 75% refund on full payment.

• Refunds may be subject to international exchange fees, and you may not receive the full refunded amount.

• After receiving the completed artwork

• You are allowed to:

• Publish the artwork anywhere, but avoid sharing the version without watermark.

• Use the artwork in any ways that fall under personal use.

• You are not allowed to:

• Claim authorship of the artwork, you must give me proper credit.

• Utilize the artwork in any form of commercial use.

• Put my artwork in any sort of AI/ML.

• By commissioning me, you agree to have read and understand the terms of service.
